My apologies to Bree Watts for a most unfortunate error which led to her May submission not being compiled. I have rectified the error and Bree is now tied for first place with Russ Page!

Given the demographic of bridge players in Victoria (and more generally in North America), it is not wholly unexpected that we regularly lose friends.
Our “In Memoriam” page, found under Members, chronicles the passing of our bridge friends and includes pictures and links to obituaries whenever available.
We can also add short comments should you wish to honour your departed partner/opponent. Please send them to the webmaster.
The Victoria Spring Sectional starts on Friday of this week (March 31) at 10:00 am.
It is being held at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney.

The Ace of Hearts Sectional Tournament for players with fewer than 200 master points will be held on Saturday, February 25th at St Aidan’s Church.
Tournament Co-Chairs are Ted Eisner and Pat Fullerton.
Plan to attend for a chance to win valuable silver points!

Constant readers will recall that tied for first place with a perfect score of 500 for November were Matt Smith and Bill Van Sickle.
To determine the winner of the free play at Monterey Bridge Club, a public draw was held today, December 6, and won by Matt Smith.
